2 sizes up
From 24 to 26 is the growth of Noah's feet size. Shoe sizes are just a gauge. To be more exact, a whole 14 cm I measured on the ruler (turning 2 years old in less than a month). Previously it was 13cm.
We are getting some good routines in teeth brushing and book reading etc. He helps out with throwing of used diapers, like his shoes to be placed back in order, Legos in the same box, cars in the same basket, put his hands together as we do to pray by the dinner table... There are a lot of good things going on.
Saying simple words in Swedish are not a problem even though he seldom says them. I am contemplating if there is a need for going to Paula, his nurse, when he turns 2. Her gauge is if he does not say around 10 words when he is 2, we can arrange to meet her, otherwise the scheduled meeting with her is when he turns 3. Likely we will end up with a referral to a speech and language therapist. Early intervention and support is a luxury many have never had.
